Cosmetic Physician
MBChB, FRNZCGP, GPSI Skin Cancer Medicine and Surgery
Originally from South Africa, I embarked on my medical journey at Otago University in New Zealand, accumulating over 15 years of experience. Initially trained as a GP, I discovered my true calling in aesthetic and skin cancer medicine, where I could blend my love for science and health with my passion for art. My qualifications include certifications in aesthetic medicine, dermoscopy, skin cancer medicine, and skin surgery.
To ensure I remain at the cutting edge of my field, I am a fellow of the Royal New Zealand College of General Practitioners and an active member of the New Zealand Society of Cosmetic Medicine (NZSCM), Skin Cancer College Australasia (SCCA), and the New Zealand Skin Cancer Doctors (NZSCD).
Recently, I became a first-time mother to a wonderful baby boy, and my husband and I cherish every moment of parenthood. In my spare time, I am an enthusiastic artist, finding joy in painting with oils on canvas.
I deeply believe in the connection between health, beauty, and overall well-being. My empathetic nature and artistic perspective drive my pursuit of aesthetic medicine, allowing me to approach each patient holistically, understanding that their concerns extend beyond mere physical appearance.
